Principles

Six principles

  1. 01

    Co-design, not requirements gathering.

The people who will use the software shape it. We run structured sessions with clinical staff, procurement, facilities and management at each stage: discovery, prototype, pilot. Every session ends with decisions, not just notes.

  2. 02

    Evidence first.

Sustainability claims inside our products are traceable to a standard, a regulation or a peer reviewed source. We do not build on assumptions or supplier brochures.

  3. 03

    Compliance as architecture.

GDPR, EU AI Act risk classification, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, EU data residency and healthcare interoperability (FHIR, HL7) are design constraints from the first sprint.

  4. 04

    Small releases, visible results.

Working software every two to three weeks, tested on real data, with KPIs agreed at the start.

  5. 05

    Low total cost of ownership.

Modular architecture, open standards and cloud native deployment mean you pay for what you use and are never locked in.

  6. 06

    Engagement models.

Full cycle development from discovery to support, dedicated team integrated with your IT department, or advisory and design sprints to shape a programme before you commit.
